Refund Policy for Online Courses

All online courses are non-refundable. We believe in the quality and value of our courses and are committed to providing a valuable learning experience. However, due to the nature of digital content, refunds cannot be offered for any reason once the course has been accessed.

Exception for Live Small Group Courses
For courses offered in a live format with small groups (15 or fewer participants), refund deadlines may apply. The specific refund deadline will be provided at the time of registration for each course. Refunds for these live, small-group courses will only be considered if requested by the stated deadline.
